Founded in 2008, TOC3 is a rapidly growing independent business improvement practice delivering Theory of Constraints based solutions to private and public sector organisations .
We are based in Sydney and Auckland.
Our main practitioners together have more than 35 years full time experience in TOC. Together, we have implemented more than 125 TOC business solutions and delivered more than 350 education workshops in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

We openly admit that we are thrilled to witness the transformation from Chaos to Calm and from Scarcity to Abundance when systems work for people and the business. No longer is there a need for high level intervention to rescue the day often with high stress and high cost. People are happier and more productive because things are simple and they work.

We also recognise that some companies are already doing well, many have maxed out on other improvement initiatives and still have higher goals. Well, we have proven that TOC can, believe it or not, still add up to 30% more capacity in those environments which can then be sold with direct impact to the bottom line. We proved that at one client regarded as a world leader in operational excellence.
